Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing APEKS product. We are dedicated to providing you with outstanding service and support. All APEKS instruments come with a manufacturer's limited warranty, ensuring your equipment meets the highest standards of quality and performance.

Warranty Coverage

01 Product Range

APEKS brand equipment, including GNSS receiver, total station, 3D scanners drone surveying and mapping systems.
02 Warranty Services

We offer repair or replace any parts that have malfunctioned due to defects

We offer free support for software upgrades (limited to the same major version)

We offer technical consultation and remote diagnosis support.
03 Warranty Period

We offer two (2) years from the date of delivery for main instruments

We offer one (1) year from the date of delivery for accessories(batteries, cables, antennas and consumable parts)
04 Exclusions

Please note that this warranty does not cover:
Damaged caused by misuse, abuse impact, water ingress, and other man-made damage.
Damaged caused by unauthorized disassembly, modification, or use of non-original accessories.
Damage caused by force majeure such as natural disasters and war.

How to Request Warranty Service

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos or videos.

Our team will evaluate your claim and may request additional information or troubleshooting steps to determine if the issue is covered under warranty.
