• Extremely useful for shooting hard-to-reach targets, like: Building corners, Utility poles, Elevation marks, Inside foundations or pipe inverts

• Limitations: You must aim at a surface with decent reflectivity. It won’t shoot 500m to a tree, brush, or water. Bright sunlight and dark surfaces reduce the effective range.

    Optional Prism Range (up to 4,000 meters):

• When paired with a standard survey prism, the laser can measure much longer distances — up to 4,000 meters (2.5 miles).

• This is useful on Long utility runs, Pipeline layout, Open land surveys, Construction control points across large sites
